- Dispatch: within 3–5 days of payment confirmation.
- Delivery time: 14–25 days to major markets (may vary with destination customs).
- Trade terms: DAT (Delivered at Terminal).
- Free shipping: on every order worldwide — no minimum purchase, shipped via air express to major countries including USA, UK, EU, Australia, Japan, Korea and more.
- Tracking: provided for every order.
Customs duties and import taxes (where applicable) are the buyer responsibility.
Returns & Refunds
- 30-day return window from delivery date.
- Item must be unused and in original packaging.
- Refunds issued within 5 business days after we receive the returned item.
- Defective items: we cover return shipping and send a replacement or full refund.
Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, send photos within 48 hours of delivery and we will resolve it immediately.
